Terms of Service

By accessing hackerforhire.online or contacting us via Telegram or email to inquire about or engage our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users worldwide.

HackerForHire Services provides professional ethical hacking, cybersecurity, digital investigation, and account recovery services. All services are described and quoted on a case-by-case basis.

• Social media account recovery (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
• Phone tracking, GPS monitoring, and mobile device forensics
• Email account recovery and investigation (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail)
• Cryptocurrency tracing and wallet recovery (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment for websites, APIs, and networks
• Cyber investigation, OSINT, dark web monitoring, and digital forensics

You must be 18 years of age or older to engage our services. You confirm under penalty of perjury that one of the following applies:

• You are the lawful owner or account holder of the target account, device, or system
• You are an authorised representative acting on behalf of the rightful owner
• You hold a legally recognised authorisation (parental authority over a minor's device, or court-issued authorisation)

We strictly prohibit the use of our services for unauthorised surveillance, stalking, harassment, industrial espionage, or any activity that violates applicable law. Engagements discovered to involve unlawful intent will be terminated without refund, and we reserve the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

All service requests and communications are conducted via Telegram at @hackerforhire_online. The engagement process is:

• Message us on Telegram describing your situation and the service required
• Our agents conduct a free preliminary assessment within 30 minutes
• You receive a quote, timeline, and payment instructions
• Work begins only after payment is confirmed and placed in escrow

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, PayPal, wire transfer, and credit/debit card payments through secure gateways. All fees are quoted and agreed upon before work commences. No hidden charges will be applied after an agreement is reached. Payment constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.

While we maintain a 98%+ success rate, we cannot guarantee a 100% outcome for every case as results may depend on factors outside our control (platform security updates, missing account information, network limitations). We always communicate honestly about feasibility during the initial assessment. In the event a case is not feasible, we will inform you before requesting payment.

We treat all client information and case details with the highest level of confidentiality. Our team operates under strict non-disclosure agreements. We never disclose client identities to third parties except as required by valid legal compulsion. We recommend clients use a separate Telegram account if they require maximum anonymity.

All tools, methods, scripts, and techniques employed by HackerForHire Services are our proprietary intellectual property. We do not provide, transfer, share, or disclose methodologies, tools, or source code to clients as part of any engagement unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

HackerForHire Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HackerForHire Services and its agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Access accounts, devices, or systems you are not legally authorised to access
• Conduct unauthorised surveillance or tracking of any individual without consent
• Engage in harassment, blackmail, extortion, or any form of cyber-crime
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Interfere with critical infrastructure, government systems, or financial institutions

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: if we cannot complete your case, you receive a 100% refund. Please review the full Refund Policy carefully before making payment.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The last updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which our registered entity operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
