We stand behind our work. If we cannot complete your case, you receive a full 100% refund — no questions asked. Payment is always held in escrow until results are verified.

Escrow Payment Model
All payments are held in escrow from the moment they are made. This means your money is never directly in our hands until you confirm case completion. Our specialists begin work immediately after payment is confirmed — but funds are only released to us upon your explicit approval of results. This protects you from any scenario where results are not delivered.
Full Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a 100% full refund in the following circumstances:
- We determine during the process that your case is not technically feasible and we had not informed you of this risk prior to payment
- Our team fails to deliver results within the agreed timeline without providing a reasonable explanation or alternative
- We are unable to complete the service due to internal technical limitations not related to factors you control
- We decline to take on or continue your case for any reason after payment has been received
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund (typically 50–75%) may be issued in these situations:
- The client provided insufficient, inaccurate, or incomplete information that significantly impeded the case, and we had already commenced work
- External platform changes (security updates, account deletion by the platform) occurred after work commenced and rendered the case impossible
- The client requests to stop the case after work has begun but before completion
Partial refund amounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the amount of work already performed and resources expended.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The case was completed successfully and the client confirmed receipt of results
- The client provided false information, misrepresented their ownership or authorisation, or violated our Terms of Service
- The client simply changes their mind after case work has commenced and no justifiable reason is provided
- The case outcome was clearly communicated as uncertain during the initial assessment and the client proceeded on that basis
- The client engages in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after confirming case completion
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, message us on Telegram at @hackerforhire_online with the following:
- Your case reference or the date you engaged our services
- The reason you believe a refund is due
- Any supporting evidence or context
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and communicate a decision along with any questions we may have.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, funds are typically returned within:
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): 24–48 hours after approval
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
Payment Method Notes
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. All cryptocurrency refunds are processed as a new transaction back to a wallet address you provide. We are not responsible for any network fees or exchange rate fluctuations between the time of payment and the time of refund.
Disputes
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, you may escalate by providing additional evidence via Telegram. We are committed to resolving all disputes in good faith. Initiating a payment chargeback without first attempting resolution via our Telegram support is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of any future access to our services.
